Quatrain Love Poem by Chris Bunton
I brought her to tears.
It’s not what I want to do.
I feel that I broke her,
And I’m broken too.
How do we get us back;
To find ourselves again?
There’s an awkward thing now;
A shame that’s insane.
The makeup was hot and dirty,
a grudge and a love.
Can we go back,
And fit like a glove?
I’m sorry for that.
Thrown stones can’t return.
It’s part of our trip;
To live and to learn.
